Alan and the WestCool team helped us with an important international freight job at short notice ; They were reliable and importantly these days “contactable” when most other companies are not easy to reach. Will definitely use their services again for freezer transport in Perth .
Alan provided great communication and was very pleasant to work with. He got the job done on time and had no problems following instruction. I will be using WestCool again in the furture. Thanks Alan!
Alan’s prompt support during pressing timelines has been much appreciated!
Thanks heaps, Alan.
Best wishes
WestCool refrigerated transport is very easy to contact, especially with Alan, who helped me transport my goods in a temperature-controlled truck. I greatly appreciate the effort and commitment Alan put into this one. As mentioned, my shipment combinations include DGs and raw rubber. Again, I want to thank you for your Big Big help. I will highly recommend Westcool refrigerated transport because the service is truly outstanding. 👍👌
We contacted WestCool Refrigerated Transport as we needed a frozen shipment pickup in a regional area for our agricultural research business. Alan’s customer service and understanding of our quality assurance requirements for our shipments has been excellent. All shipments are linked in with WestCool’s national shipping partner, which also saves us a lot of time.
888 Abalone has used Westcool many times to help deliver our premium frozen greenlip abalone products across Perth. Alan has been extremely accommodating to our needs and schedule. We know that when we hire Westcool to deliver our product, that it will be taken care of to the highest standards. We will be using Westcool for all our future Perth orders. Thanks Alan!
Reliable, quick turnaround, great communication.
